About Silo Springs Ranch
Silo Springs Ranch is a family-owned and operated ranch in Culloden, Georgia, dedicated to raising high-quality, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef. My husband, Arlin, and I built our first herd together in 2020. By 2021, we were selling our first beef, and we’ve been hooked ever since.
Arlin comes from a long line of cattle ranchers—he’s a fifth-generation rancher, though from a very different climate in Saskatchewan, Canada. I’ve had a passion for ranching since my days in FFA, and after years in the construction industry (where Arlin and I met), we finally turned that dream into reality.
Raised Right, Every Step of the Way
At Silo Springs Ranch, we believe cattle should be raised the right way—naturally, with care and respect. Our cows eat as nature intended—just grass—growing at their own pace without hormones or steroids. We practice rotational grazing to keep our pastures healthy, and we select cattle with strong genetics, ensuring they thrive in our system.
We also handle our cattle ourselves, keeping interactions as low-stress as possible. If a task stresses the herd, we pause and try again another day. Even on harvest day, our cattle are handled humanely by familiar people, ensuring the process is as calm as possible.
Our General Store & Where to Find Us
In 2024, we opened our general store right on Highway 341—the “Georgia Grown Highway.” This space allows us to offer a wider selection of beef, lamb, and pasture-raised chicken while giving customers a direct connection to their local rancher. Whether you stop by the store or visit us at a farmers’ market, you’ll always find either Arlin or Audrey behind the counter, and many times, our butcher joins us to help answer questions.
We believe in full transparency, and the beef we sell is exactly what we feed our own family. Everything is USDA-certified, vacuum-sealed, and completely free from preservatives, dyes, or added water —just honest, high-quality beef.

Where it all began: Audrey’s silos and Arlin’s springs marked the birth of Silo Springs Ranch.
Ranch Naming
Silo Springs Ranch got its name after much brainstorming. As a first-generation ranch being the owner of silos was a landmark for Audrey. As someone who comes from a dry and arid climate and having our own springs that bubbled out of the ground in our pastures was a landmark for Arlin. From there it was only natural that Silo Springs Ranch came to be.

Arlin and Audrey Gravelle make up the 2A brand that is Silo Springs Ranch.
Meet the Team
-
Owner, Rancher, Fixer of All ThingsArlin Gravelle grew up on the wide-open prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada, as a fifth-generation rancher. Summers were hot, winters were brutally cold, and life was remote and self-sustaining. He spent his childhood helping with both ranching and farming, but working cattle was always the highlight.
When Arlin left the family ranch, he became an Ironworker, traveling to different job sites. That path led him to a potash processing facility in Saskatchewan, where he met Audrey, a Georgia native. When the time came to settle down, they chose Georgia to build their own ranching legacy together.
The transition to the South was mostly smooth, though the humidity took some getting used to. Raising cattle, however, was familiar territory. A stress-free herd is always Arlin’s priority, whether it’s ensuring easy water access, selecting the right grasses, or handling the cows calmly.
If something has an engine, gears, or moving parts, Arlin can fix it. From transmissions to well pumps to automatic calf milking systems, his mechanical skills keep Silo Springs Ranch running. But at heart, he’s a rancher through and through. His favorite thing? Just being with the cows. Audrey has even managed to wear him down—he's named a few of them.
Arlin takes deep pride in producing high-quality, grass-fed beef, always looking for ways to improve.

Owner, Rancher, Butcher’s ApprenticeAudrey Gravelle has always had a rancher’s heart. Growing up in North Georgia, she was around horses, but cattle were always the dream. There was something about raising cows—the quiet strength of it, the responsibility, and the purpose behind providing food the right way.
After college, she went into the construction industry, which sent her to Canada for work. That’s where she met Arlin, on a job site in the middle of Saskatchewan. They eventually built a life together, and when the opportunity came to start their own ranch, they made the leap.
Now, Audrey runs Silo Springs Ranch alongside Arlin, bringing her passion for cattle, sustainable agriculture, and quality food to the forefront. She also spends one day a week at the butcher shop where their cows are processed, ensuring every step of the process meets the high standards they believe in. Helping families fill their freezers with beef they can trust is something she takes seriously—because knowing where your food comes from matters.
For Audrey, the best part of ranching is simple: checking on the cows, watching them thrive, and knowing their work feeds their community.
